Beginners Class: 4 yrs +
It’s time to dip your toe in the water with beginner swimming lessons…
Our Beginner swimming lessons are for children over 4 years or by invitation from our Toddler swim classes. Formal style lessons, these classes are about introducing your child to breast stroke and working towards achieving 15 metres back paddle without the use of swimming aids. Weekly water skill tasks also ensure their water confidence grows to match their ability.
At this age, your child will benefit from our small class sizes (target 2 instructors to 10 children) and the support of our friendly instructors who work in the water, not on poolside, to provide support and guidance.
